Meet Alison and Kristina,  twins!

It was actually a challenge shooting twins,  of course they wanted some pictures together, and that’s easy.  The hard part was capturing the differences in the two of them, keeping their pictures looking similar, but showing who they are apart from each other.  When they came back to my studio to view their pictures,  their mom’s reaction to the slideshow showed that I got it!!  Alison and Kristina were bouncing up and down excited, their mom had tears streaming down her face…   this is why I. LOVE. MY. JOB.

Remember the bride with the camel?  It was a picture that Matt posted as a tease approximately a week ago.  Well, just one more tease before I blog the pictures from the wedding.  The bride and groom, Madeleine and Justin, asked Matt to snap some candid shots of their guests at the wedding in hopes that they could hang some of the portraits around their home.  Here’s some of the images Matt shot.  Check out all of the different expressions on their faces…priceless.

FINALLY!!!  I can’t believe it took me so long to post these pictures that Matt took of Olivia.  It’s amazing how much busier your life can be because of one little person.  I love all of the expressions Matt was able to capture in these images.  Who knew a new born would have so many.

It’s official.  I’ve finally mustered up the courage to hijack Matt’s blog!  This is Jen, Matt’s wife, by the way.  I’m sorry everyone, but if you’re anything like me you are about to go out of your mind waiting for Matt to update his blog of his own free will.

Now I have to admit my intentions are not completely unselfish.  My first posts will be of Matt’s work, but the subject is all about me and Olivia.  If you don’t know who Olivia is you will learn all about her in my next post.
